    Great job, Pam!

I was wearing 1X scrubs at the time I was sleeved. By the time I reached my goal weight, I was comfortably wearing X-small size scrubs. I can now fit both of my legs into an old pair of my 1X scrub pants!

I still have some old clothes in my closet. I needed something red for church this past sunday, and I had a couple of things from "before". I wore them anyway cause that's the only things I had, but they went into the 'too big' box as soon as we got home! LOL

It's such a good feeling to keep putting on clothes that you're shrinking out of! I used to worry every time I put on clothes if "these will still fit". It's such a good feeling to know that of course they will fit or might even be too big!

my waist is a consistent 38".....I'm trying to lose more weight, so hopefully, I can get that waist a little smaller.

the waist:hip ratio is a more important number, though. just like the HDL:total cholesterol ratio is more important than total cholesterol.
