Pin Up Dreams

Hello Everyone!

My name is Amanda and I am having Gastric sleeve Surgery on June 19th 2017. I am 5' 7" and my starting weight was 250 pounds and I am currently 231.2. My goal weight is 160. I have this vision in my head that I want to be a pin up model called "Sauna Steam" and do alternative photos for fun. In real life though, I am a Business Development Manager that is tired of being sick and tired and need to get this weight off.

But here's a fact that you may find useful or at least interesting: Research of WLS patients reveals that those who are motivated to lose weight in order to improve their health are more successful at both losing their excess weight and maintaining their excess weight than those who are motivated by appearance goals.

Not at all fussing about your goals. But the research is interesting.

Do you have any specific health motivations for reaching and maintaining a healthy weight?

I've already lost 20 pounds and I haven't been sleeved yet. Not that I owe you an explanation but I have polycystic ovaries and I do work out. So yes, I'm motivated by my health because it makes my appearance SUCK.
