    Today:
B: yoghurt with granola, nuts and seeds
    S: protein shake, banana
L: 3 whole wheat rye crackers with 90 grams of maquerel, 4 sun dried tomatoes and a bit of low fat dressing (some maquerel left)
S: rest of the maquerel with cucumber slices
D: home made pizza (halved Moroccon flatbread with lots of tuna, cheese, mushrooms and corn kernels)
    S: handful of almonds
English is not my first language anymore, so I may and do make mistakes in my spelling, or say things oddly. Please ask me, if you want any clarifications.

I'm a creature of habit so this is what I have most days when I am at work - dinner is the only thing that varies:
    B: Protein shake
S: Mini light babybel cheese, small stick celery, half carrot
L: 125g cottage cheese (with chives), 3 x light cruskits (Crackers), 1 tomato, few slices cucumber
    S: half orange
D: Chicken tenders - BBQ'd (maybe 2 depending on size), lettuce salad with tomato, cucumber, capsicum avocado
S: 2-3 strawberries, small slice watermelon

It's "Hump Day" and I have 20-20-20 Fitness class tonight! 20 minutes cardio, 20 minutes resistance, and 20 minutes yoga, it's a bariatric class for our patients and we have about 22 attendees; it's a great class both for fitness and support!

B: 1 hard boiled egg, 3 slices bacon
L: tuna packet in small salad, which I couldn't finish today but just found myself sucking on a "tootsie roll" pop because my co-worker had one and just passed one over to me and I just stuck it in my mouth. Now that's "Mindless". Didn't give it a second thought, that it was candy and just ate the darn thing.grrr.
D: chicken burger on bed of lettuce, red onion
S: 1/4 cup mixed unsalted nuts

Snowy day here in Jersey with a bigger storm blowing in on the weekend!
Sleevie is doing its job--I am down 5 pounds! I am so happy. I had fallen off the rails. For the past two weeks, I have gotten back to basics. Cut out all sweets--Not going down to the cafeteria to be tempted by bagels or chips. I've been staying in my office with my lunch and snack that I've prepared at home. I've also returned to the gym, which I really love--funny how self-sabotage creeps back in even five years later. We must all remain vigilant. ANYWHO!!!!

Great job kenson, knew you still had it...lol

Ann2, it's a great class and even though I am pretty fit for an older lady, the class kicks my butt. Best thing is, our instructor is experienced at adapting the routine for all levels of fitness as we still have some of our post-op patients still not very ambulatory. It's difficult to take someone who has spent most of their lives not being active and asking them to do a jumping jack, so we make everyone feel "fit and ready."

B: small container of Activia cottage cheese, few berries, coffee (1/2 hour later, still don't eat & drink at the same time)
L: Only working till 1 PM , so thinking a protein bar on the way home to go grocery shopping
D: Might order out and have a Greek salad w/grilled chicken
S: Yasso Frozen yogurt bar, fudge one tonight

Stay safe all depending on the weather where you are and keep warm!

Sounds like we are in this together! For the first time in 5 years I've been floundering. No idea why. I did hurt my rotator cuff before Christmas, pain makes me want to eat and not work out. Then I entertained for 2 weeks over the holidays, then we just got back from a week of babysitting 3 little ones, just life. But no excuses. We are home now and I'm back on track. For our football party tonight (Go Chiefs!) it's grilled buffalo chicken tenders, along with a fresh fruit and veggie tray.

My jeans are TIGHT and they have not been tight once since I lost all my weight. I will not buy new jeans.

sraebaer, I getcha! My pants feel a little tighter in the thighs, I'd like to think it's because I'm building muscle; but that would be too easy. I think for me anyway, it's a combination of eating some food choices that I usually don't, the cold weather makes me less active in general, and I'm getting older and the "sands are shifting." No matter, I also won't buy new sized pants and just "suffer" with the tighter jeans...lol... It's a good reminder not to get off the beaten track too much! We got this and will be just fine, being gentle with ourselves and giving ourselves the same advice and kindness we'd give anyone else; is perhaps a bit of what we need. For me, it's self-accountability and I'm working on it!

B: Ensure complete Max Cafe Mocha protein drink, coffee
    L: small salad w/tuna
    D: chicken soup
S: light & fit yogurt if any

I'm having my colonoscopy on Thursday, so it's light eating this week for me and clear liquids on Wednesday, hoping it works as a small reset and I get more motivated.
