What inspired your menu choices for the week, and do you have any particular favorites or recommendations for someone new to this topic?
Its been nearly 8 yrs since my surgery, and I totally don't have any menu or eating plan at all. LOL I lost a bit over 100 lbs and gained half back. so, still 50 lbs less, but I'd feel better if I lost 25 of those lbs again.
