    Thanks to Kenson for starting this thread once again Not liking the weather here at all either!

    B: plain non fat greek yogurt w/berries and granola
    L: sweet & spicy tuna packet on mixed salad, cheese stick
    D: baked ricotta w/ground turkey, cherry tomato sliced into mixture. Baked ricotta (recipe from Worldaccordingtoeggface.com) is a great first introduction to "real food" at the early stages and it's something I crave and enjoy still. Small side salad
    S: Light & fit toasted coconut yogurt w/almonds and blueberries

    Hope everyone has a great day!

    First time I've posted in these threads....

    B = Fiber One English Muffin w/ low fat peanut butter
    L = Lavash wrap w/ 2 slices prosciutto, fresh basil, tomato, lettuce, fresh mozzarella (1 ounce) with balsamic vinegar
    S = Stop & Shop Fitness / High Protein Bar (180 cals, 4 g fat, 16 g protein)
    D = Not sure yet...... Kids have Softball, football, and other stuff so it'll have to be quick. Maybe a scrambled egg (smothered in hot sauce) with a slice of bacon..... Or I might make a lavash pizza (if I can make it till after the activities)......

    I wondered why I couldn't even look at the last page of the first Menu thread!

    B: cup of coffee with reduced fat Fairlife milk & S'Mores SF Torani syrup, and a while later overnight protein oats and a cheese stick
    S: Protein shake
    L: turkey taco salad (spicy ground turkey, lettuce, green onion, tsp of reduced fat sour cream, tbsp spicy salsa; about 4 oz all together) and a couple small strawberries
    S: P3 pack, cup of coffee later in the day with a protein shake
    D: habanero chicken sausage, peppers, and a smidge of roasted corn (about 6 ounces total. I can eat between 4-6 ounces per meal depending on the food type)
    S: serving of reduced fat peanut butter (after exercise and before bed; I was approved to have a bit of fat/protein before bed because of my training; without a bit of something I have trouble sleeping because I'm not netting enough calories)

    It sounds like a lot compared to some of y'all! But it's under 1400 calories, over 115 grams of protein and less than 25 grams of sugar so I'm happy. I jog, swim, and weight lift a lot so I end up really needing to eat every few hours. I still need to keep myself on a schedule or I forget to eat. I also drink almost 100 ounces of water per day too. I'm actually trying to increase my calories into a higher and healthier range to match my training levels and keep my metabolism working well. I spent 20 years dieting, so I'm an expert at that. It's being in this weird maintenance calorie intake phase that has me weirded out!
