Breakfast - my usual ... two nonfat lattes and GNC Lean 25 chocolate shake
Lunch - Healthy Choice Korean power bowl (yeah, they're processed frozen meals, but sometimes they fit the bill because they're easy-peasy, nutritious, have lots of protein, veggies and whole grains, and are low-cal)
Dinner - 6 ounces sauteed FRESH shrimp, a cup of sauteed broccolini (with fresh garlic) and a glass of chardonnay
Dessert (coming up later) -- 3 Ak-mak crackers, 1 ounce of Brie, and a sliced Honeycrisp apple
And for those who care, total calories = 1,485, 96 grams of protein, 112 grams of carbs, 60 grams of fat (mostly olive oil and butter)
