D: Bariatric fitness tonight so it's another late night. Getting home at 8:00 PM and will either have greek yogurt w/berries and toasted flax seeds or some low salt turkey breast rolled up with lettuce wrap
S: probably nothing as tomorrow I have a 7:00 bariatric meeting and have to get up at 5:00 AM
