Default almost 3 years since gastric sleeve

I have not been on here for a long time. I stopped losing weight at 25 pounds. I felt wonderful but soon gained back 10.
The best thing that happened is that I no longer am a type 2 diabetic. Off all medicines!!!
It was worth it for that alone but I still struggle maintaining my current weight and wondered if anyone else has had similar experiences.
I stopped getting on this site because it depressed me. I felt like I was the only one that did not lose weight. I still need to lose 40 lbs. I drink protein drinks and even began an exercise program, swimming (arthritis in knees keeps me from walking a great deal).

Just decided to get on and see if anyone that is not a newbie can give me some hope. Don't want to sound like a whiner, just needed to rant a bit.

I know you want replies from people who have been sleeved longer but most people would need to know what your typical day of eating looks like.
