Pre-op weight was 307. I am at 276 as of today. 31 pounds down. Feeling so so. Can say I see the weight loss, myself. Except my pants are looser.

Congrats on your weight loss. It will eventually slow down and most likely you will hit the dreaded stall that happens to almost every sleever sometime between weeks 3 and 5. Don't let it get to you mentally. Just be prepared for it. So glad you are feeling good. That is the best way to be!

You will start to feel a little better each day. Congrats on the weight loss so far. Take progress pictures of yourself to be able to see the difference. If you haven't done so already, take some now and then take them again every 2 weeks. Front, back, and side views. Try to find something you can wear each time for the pictures. Either a bathing suit or very tight tank top and spandex shorts. It will give you a greater appreciation of what your body is going through.
