Lentils in every color and flavors, specially Dahl! Black beans with a bit of farm cheese and sour cream! Pured spinach with cheese! Blended miso soup with lots of tofu!
Remember to introduce foods one at a time, and slowly, wait a few minutes in between bites or spoonfuls to see how your stomach reacts.
I recommend trying to mix plain yogurt, olive oil mayo, bit of lemon juice and salt and pepper in your tuna and blend in food processor for creamed texture. That's the only way I was able to tolerate tuna at three months post op. Weird part was that I was able to eat minced salmon and meats way earlier than tuna.
Best of wishes for continued healing and success!

"Today is another day to get it right!"
Try ground beef, turkey or chicken. Lentil also have a lot of protein plus fiber. Just cook them until they're mushy
I never did pureed foods, but 2 weeks of soft foods. I ate scrambled eggs, ground beef, and I ate a lot of lentil soup. I made the one for the instant pot from the skinny taste website. It's so good and easy.
Hormel or wolf brand turkey chili
eggs were (still are) a little difficult for me to tolerate, which stinks because I have chickens and love eggs. lol
Here's some ideas:
Any kind of beans, pureed in the blender with lemon, salt, and a little garlic powder
Ricotta cheese with a spoonful of chocolate protein powder and a packet of splenda (or whatever artificial sweetener you like)
Canned crabmeat with a spoonful of light mayo
Steamed and pureed cauliflower with salt and pepper - tastes like mashed potatoes!
