It's been a long road, but I am happy with my results so far. Only 23 pounds away from my goal weight, and I think I can do it. If I listened to the NUT, I'm almost there at her 'goal weight for you'-- by her calculations.
I'm down 77 pounds; 35 since since surgery; and over 30" lost; down many pants and tops sizes. Just having issues: insomnia (even taking melatonin at night, not working too well); getting in more water daily; only able to eat the bare minimum amount of food before feeling full or ill. But it's supposed "to get better." I'm hanging on to those words.
