It's been 15 years....

In Boston for a few days for work, and I decided to run on the Charles River. It's been about 15 years since the last time I could run on the Charles. And this time I wasn't the overweight guy plodding along in pain and agony! It was awesome! Ran over 3 miles and I felt great. I wasn't the fastest out there, but I wasn't the slowest by a long shot!!

Congratulations on all your success, that's awesome‼️ I feel the same way. I'm able to do things I only dreamed about. I got a new road bike and rode 44.5 miles a weeek ago, joined some hiking clubs and a cycling club. Loving my new life too

Glenn ~ WAY TO GO!!!! It had to feel amazing to run without, as you say "plodding" along! I bet you have experienced many other positive "Ah-ha" moments in your job following surgery as well. Thank you for your service as a Firefighter.... a healthy Firefighter!!
