"If you can't laugh at yourself, life's going to seem a whole lot longer."
I can tell you that staying positive after weightloss slows down is right down mental!
Like they suggested, keep working your program! Eventually you will start losing again. And I just want to emphasize what my physical trainer has told me time and time again... eating protein alone isn't going to help you gain muscle, you must incorporate weight resistance training to break/tear* muscle in order for it to grow and aid in burning excess fat we carry.
*I forget the scientific or gym rat name for it lol!

"Today is another day to get it right!"
Thank you. I need t read that at this time. I've come to my first stall and I am 15 pounds from my Drs goal for me and 40 pounds from my personal goal.
I needed to read that and I have slacked up on getting my complete nights rest. I will implement some changes immediately. 40 pounds to go.
