Yesterday was my 61st birthday.
Doing a pound a day. My sis sent me $ for a present so I ordered a recumbent bike with arm workout. Tried a real bike but my butt was too big and my balance is GONE. SCARED me. Maybe a bike for a 6 month post surgery celebration.

Happiest of birthdays to you! Losing 14 pounds in 2 weeks is a great gift to yourself. I don't feel comfortable on some exercise equipment. I have a fear of falling off, so I can relate. Just do the best that you can and you will continue to lose weight at a steady pace.
