One week ahead of you! Had mine on April 11. Feel great, still have lots of questions and will see my dr.'s nutritionist for 5 week follow up on Monday. Some questions I have -- how important is it not to sip water while eating-- really, really hard to get used to. When I feel that stabbing feeling between my breasts -- is that from too much food or too fast? Assume could be either or both! Still having trouble figuring out if I can have "soft" items like frozen broccoli if I chew it a lot vs. having to make it into mush.

Hi. I was sleeved on 5/5/17 feel pretty good most days. Still trying to figure out what I can an can't eat. I think that has been the worse. Was wondering if anybody finds food not pleasurable anymore and if this is normal. Even some smells of food make me gag. Thanks

    Maccc,
This is totally normal at this stage. Enjoy this time, its when you are still in your losing phase. Unfortunately, your appetite will return. Congratulations on being sleeved.
