Great tasting protein and meal replacement shake!

I am always on the lookout for a good tasting protein supplement to drink pre/post workouts and recently purchased one from Gold's Gym. It's LEAN MR by dotFIT, LLC.

I blended it with almond milk and ice and it was delicious! Like SERIOUSLY yummi!

I am using the Lean Chocolate flavor. It is a complete and balanced meal replacement with only 180 calories, 21g protein, 24g complex carbs (7g fiber), 2g fat.

The only thing I don't like is that is not soy free, but it I am not allergic to soy so it's okay for me.

Awesome! I haven't had many shakes lately but I did today as I spent the day in my garage getting it finally finished!! It has been a long process of sorting things out. I have such a huge sense of relief.

That's awesome about getting all your unpacking done!!! I have moved... three times in less than two years and totally have shedded loads each time! Funny enough having two households in teo different states you accumulate a lot! Or have stuff in one that you don't in the other lol! Like yesterday was my mom's birthday and I left all my makeup in Austin last month. I don't wear much make up so I asked my daughter to bring hers and give me a makeover, she loves doing makeup on me and I was wearing a tone too pale for me lol! I just refuse to go out and get more haha!

Regarding protein shake supplements, I am really ✨gung ho✨ about them! Always have lol! With a hectic schedule having a shake in the morning was better than skipping breakfast or spending $10 for breakfast at Starbucks lol!. Now that I'm playing stay at home grandmother, getting my alone time at the gym is crucial to my life lol!!! And after a workout while I am energized in spirit, I was noticing I was drained physically! Drinking a shake pre or post workout has been a lifesaver! I can go from gym to getting on about my day or evening and not feel a drain crash as I did before.

Clearing out my garage was such a HUGE relief. Combining two households is not easy and I had to stash all my stuff in the garage and we had to try to arrange and sort as we went. But now I feel like I have given my garage a gastric sleeve and it just hit goal!! LOL!!!
