Sugar free pudding made with fair life milk. Fair life milk has 13g of protein per 8 ounces I'm not a big yogurt fan and went the fair life route myself. You can even add some protein powder to the mixer and bump up the protein that way as well.

Hi Tommy, I usually like greek yogurt but after I had surgery it didn't seem very appealing. You don't have to eat it. This was my schedule first three weeks. I was on clear liquids for first week, second added 1 protein drink, full liquids, third week add cream with full liquids. Your surgeon may have different. First week, broth, otter pops, sf popsicles, jello, no sugar added apple juice, I ate applesauce, jello, pudding, broth, apple juice the no sugar added kind, sf popsicles, one premier protein drink a day starting week two. Third week added cream soup made with fat free milk.
Good Luck and if you have more questions please feel free to ask. Having the Sleeve was one of the best decision I evermade!!! I feel great and got involved in multiple hiking groups and a cycling group.

During my liquid phase I drank protein shakes, water, broth, sugar-free Ocean Spray diet cranberry juice, and sugar-free Powerade.

During my pureed phase I ate cottage cheese, soft scrambled eggs with melted cheese, refried beans with cheese and salsa, creamed soups, and white chicken chili. These foods enabled me to avoid placing anything in a blender if I chewed carefully. This was important since I dislike washing dishes too many times.

I don't like yogurt either. Especially just plain yogurt. Hope we can mix in some flavor.

I dont like yogurt either. I tried to like it...kept trying different brands. I can eat some flavors of yoplait whipped, but there's so much sugar in it, it's not worth it.

theres a million and one recipes on the Internet for delicious protein shakes you can make yourself...so much tastier. You prob won't be drinking shakes for too long though, so don't worry too much at this point about "what am I gonna eat"?

And I hate cottage cheese, so I'll just eat something else. No one says you have to eat yogurt. It is just a suggestion because the Greek is low in calories and high in protein.

Hahaha. I think a lot of people use yogurt because it is easy to get down. And the Triple Zero has 15 grams of protein. If you do the sugar free pudding use the Fairlife milk as it has extra protein. You can also use creamed soups with the Fairlife milk instead of water. Then there is protein shakes. Soft foods you can also have eggs, cheeses, non fat lattes, really it is up to what you are comfortable eating. I was lucky enough to not have any issues with any foods. When you can start eating real food it is meat and veggies. Easy.

I used to love greek yogurt. After surgery, nope, not appealing at all. you don't need to eat it. there are plenty of other things to eat, even when you are on soft foods. !
