Because it was dr Almanza. I told him if I had one to go ahead and fix it that I had the extra money for it but he still didn't. What an asshole

I am extremely confused as to why people choose dr. Almanza. He's all over YouTube, tons of complaints, horrible injurys, and at least 4 deaths. I can't get over that, even though it seems everyone from this forum loves him. I think your the first I've heard complain about him.

I had a hiatal hernia that went undetected throughout my 9 months of tests and pre-op tasks. I had no symptoms, no reflux, no heartburn, nothing. But there it was, big as life, when they started my sleeve. So my hernia was repaired during the same surgery as my sleeve. No issues for me.
