I'm new, 39 years old and had my sleeve surgery on march 20th.

I'm from Denmark, and hope to get a lot of information on life after sleeve surgery in here.

My starting weight was 139 kilos )306 lbs) and I currently at 114 kilos (251 lbs) - lost 9 (20 lbs) in total after surgery.

My goal weight is somewhere between 75-78 kilos (165-172 lbs)

I'm really happy to have found this forum, as the main focus in Denmark is on Gastic bypass surgery.

I've visited Denmark twice, beautiful. The main thing I learned is bikes have the right-of-way! Here we bike for exercise, there you bike for transportation.
