Is it ok to put fruits and cucumbers in my water for flavor before and after my surgery?
Yes, yes and yes!!!
Get creative! I love mint and strawberries infused water!
Snd it should not interfere as long as you are infusing water... i started making fruit protein smoothies a week post op and I had no problems. Key is to introduce foods items one at a time and wait for reaction. I did let my NUT know in advance most of the time.

"Today is another day to get it right!"
For me it was more about what my stomach would tolerate because I had a strong reflux post-op, and also nauseas for at least six months. But drinking water with "substance" was always a great way to get a higher water intake. Plain water was really hard to drink for at least three months, it got better but it worked better with iced cold water. Cucumber water no issues, mint and berries were a no no for a few months. Now it's fine.

Drinking plain water was painful for the first 6-8 months for me. I had to add some type of flavoring to mine or my stomach would hurt so bad -- like razor blades -- if I drank plain water. I have no idea why or why the flavoring worked, it just did. One thing about the fruit, you may not be able to handle the sugar content or acid of it afterwards for awhile. Anything sweet or any piece of fruit caused me to have heartburn for months afterwards so I learned to stay away. Four years out and I limit my fruit still because I'll pay for it later with acid-reflux if I have too much. Trial and error is all I can say.
