Stomach Reset

I remember reading somewhere on here about a 7 day stomach reset? Can anyone give any further info?

You were sleeved just a couple of weeks before I was. Are you experiencing weight gain and that's why you want to try this? If so, I would advise you to find a different method. The pouch reset, in my humble opinion, is a load of crap. It's nothing more than a diet and, like all diets, the effects are short term and not permanent. I think if you do some research on this site, you'll find that most long time sleeve vets will tell you the same thing.

You need to go back to doing what you did back when you lost all of your weight. That behavior modification is what works. Not a diet.
