Yes, 'm back at my starting weight. I guess because I had a gastric sleeve in 2014, But I may get another one because I was losing weight at first ,but now I am back to my size before I had the surgery, I have achilles sprang,that hinders me from walking. Any suggestions.

Also, have you thought about water exercises like swimming since it would be easy on your Achilles.

I also have achilles issues and have found that I can do a stationary bike and the elliptical. Also, I recently read that taking omeprazole (for indigestion or acid reflux) can cause achilles problems! I have stopped taking it and have not experienced any more achilles problems.
