Well with all the external problems life hands us, separated 9,000 miles from loved ones in Egypt, bombs going off in churches , crazy added stresses at work, then something's just always makes you smile in the morning, 109 days PO, 58 pounds down, a change of -21.4%, BMI now 29.8 Simply OVERWEIGHT, as the master Zac Brown so eloquently puts it, got me toes in the water, my ass in the sand, not a worry in the world, a cold beer in my hand, life is good today, the scale is good to today........ All you Sleevers have a great day....

Ahhh...being just overweight is glorious isn't it? Funny how for someone else that would be a bad thing and for us formerly obese/morbidly obese it is like a winning lottery ticket. I was 41.8 BMI and am now 26.9. I am overweight and loving it!!!
