(In the meantime though my measurements have shrunk considerably and dropped several sizes in clothing). I ordered a new digital scale that analyzes your water weight, BMI, bone density and it arrived Friday. I programmed it and, what else, weighed myself Friday and still no drop in weight. I weighed myself this morning and TAH-DAH.... 2.5 pounds down!
I got a little more water in me yesterday, drank my 2 bottles of premier protein chocolate shakes, had 1 scrambled egg for breakfast (only ate half, saved the rest for a couple hours later), had a few bites of tender chicken pulverized to next to nothing and a couple tastes of mushed up sweet potato. Maybe that triggered something? And still walking over 2 miles a day.
What ever made that scale moved, I am ecstatic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
