    Yeah, I can see where your body goes into starvation mode. I think that's what happened to me. I hadn't eaten or had any nutrition for at least two weeks before I got my stents out for the last time. I'm pretty sure that's what was going on with me...

    Stalls are very hard to "Stomach", Bad pun. I just got over one, knock on wood, this week that lasted for the last month. I have dropped three pounds in the last 7 days. I added back in the Protein shake that I was trying to get rid of. It obviously increased my protein levels but reduced an afternoon snack and calories. I think I will have to continue with the shake which does not bother me because I actually like shakes. My nutritionist wanted me to try to get rid of them and do "real food" but I need to do what works while I have the time and luxury of the sleeve's effectiveness.

    I know your journey so far has been REALLY rough, and am thrilled to hear it's getting better/easier.
