I've lost 55 lbs and under 400 lbs.
Weight seems to just be coming off.
I know 350 and 300 are right around the corner.

My health, I feel great and losing this weight has helped a lot with getting around. Luckily I've never had diabetes, but continually gaining weight that was becoming a real worry of mine, it's something I don't have to worry about anymore. I had to go on a c pap machine, I'm no longer using that.
I drive a semi for a living and passing the physical was becoming a huge concern of mine. I knew losing weight would help with that concern. I've been on high blood pressure medication since I was 18, I'd like to get off that someday.
I've struggled with weight all my life. I was really active when I was younger, I played baseball, basketball, and football in H.S. and still struggled putting weight on. I had 2 knee surgeries right after high school, plus with the end of my sports career the weight really started to add up. I was always able to diet and lose weight, but I'd always gain the weight back. I was truly tired of the ups and downs and wanted to try something different.
