Yesterday was a good day!

Hey Sleevers, Yesterday, while on the balcony, sitting in the warm Sun, I looked down and noticed my toe nails were more wolfman then human. I the recent past this would have been a larger problem for me, but being 91 days VSG PO. Went inside got the nail clippers sat down, leaned over and trimmed away. Wallaa NOW THAT is a good day... 222 and descending.....

The weight loss is great but the changes we're able to make that other people take for granted are huge. Congrats on easily trimming your toenails. It's only going to get better!

How lucky to be enjoying sunshine. We have had the longest wettest winter now spring. Wish the sun would arrive and stay for awhile. Congratulations on you success. WLS is full of exciting accomplishments. keep it going, Good Luck

NSV - the sweetest changes you can make. I still do things for the first time that I am amazed I could not do before. Interlacing my fingers or holding hands with my wife without cutting off the circulation in her fingers. Feeling actual muscle in my legs without layers of fat over the muscle.
