My First 2 Months

Well it's been two months already since my surgery and what a great two months they have been. Down 54 pounds since surgery and 84 pounds since my journey began I could not be any happier. To be frank I am happy my weight loss slowed from the first month to the second or I fear the amount of loose skin I would already have. Recovery went really well and today I start my programs phase 5 which is our permanent phase so the door has just been opened to many new foods for me to try and yes I will be taking it slowly, I don't want to incorporate multiple new foods at once. Thank you for everyone who gave me support since I joined I will continue to pay it forward.
