Cheat Days?

The way I cheat is I eat foods I don't normally eat but in moderation. I don't binge, unlike my pre-sleeve days. I'm still young but I'm getting old and I keep reminding myself of potential problems that may arise when I grow older if I don't keep it together.

Probably once every week or so. No cheat meals or days. The truth is, you only get out of this what you put into it. I know some people eat whatever they want with their sleeve.
