    Default Mealenders

I saw this company on Shark Tank and ordered a few bags - pricey but worth it. After nearly 5 years out I've been able to eat more of course as time has gone on. I'll be the first to admit I'm lazy when it comes to walking and working out so a few pounds have crept on - still under 120 but .... 5 turns into 10 and 10 into 20 etc etc

    https://www.mealenders.com/

So far these have helped with my snacking which I tend to mindlessly eat and grab things as the day goes on since I work from home and it's tax season so I am chained to my desk from January till April

The price I saw Christie was $17.00 for a package with 25 in it with discounted pricing for bulk purchases which if u just use it once a day or on occasions when you really need it means the price point isn't bad.

I'm using the sleeve to get away from a lifetime of weight-loss "gimmicks." Just eating how we should is all we need.

(But I know we're all different, so do whatever works for you!)

This kind of reminds of me of Sensa. You sprinkle it on your food and it takes away your cravings. I spent a couple of $100 dollars on it and used it for a couple of months but then stress kicked in and my eating addiction took over. The Sensa was ok-ish. Hand to God, I just throw out a shoebox full of the stuff 2 days ago, it had been sitting in a cabinet for about 3 years and was way past its expiration date. I've also tried several herbs/teas and some of them worked for awhile, until... dun, dun, dun... ye ol' food addiction kicked in.

Please note that I am NOT ridiculing this product. I've not seen or read anything about it other than a glance at the website. I'll look into and I fully support anyone trying this and I sincerely hope that it works. I look forward to seeing how it goes for those trying it. I figure that if it works for people in our forum, and most of us have similar issues, then it may work for me. Any good, safe, and helpful tool is a plus!

Good luck and be careful, watch for elevated heart rates, etc. Yes, I know that I'm not dealing with folks that are ignorant in any sense of the word, but I can't help it, I'm a caretaker - like most everyone on this board! LOL

    All the best my friends!

I'm looking at this product because for me I like dessert and the chocolate ones seem like the perfect after dinner treat with the possible added benefit.

Folks, the product is on Amazon and it's cheaper. There's even one shop offering 3 bags for $34.99. There's something similar with good ratings, "Dr. Joey's Skinny Chews" and they also advertise that they are an after dinner appetite suppressant.

Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Honestly, I think it works but it might be some sort of black magic. The taste is good-at least the chocolate and cinnamon. The weird part is why.

I think it affects the taste buds on your tongue. I feel a numbness/tingling on my tongue after sucking on the lozenge. After using it, I have not had any hunger/snack alerts for the rest of the night. It would be nice if they offered samples to see how you respond to it/like it. If you are tempted at night before bed and want to avoid the grazing/snacking urges, give it a try.
