I put my watch on today and realized its always upside down and about 3 inches too far up my arm. I need to find a jeweler I guess.

Funniest perk of surgery resizing, fitting into smaller clothes, shoes, fit jewelry we outgrew, shop at normal stores, fit into airplane seat and use seatbelt without extender, fit into restaurant booth. The list goes on and on so exciting. Congratulations on your success : )
