Ignore Button bug

Administrator please fix the "Add to Ignore list" function....

Currently when you click that option on a member's profile it actually generates a friend request...ironic mistake.

Just to help the programmers understand the bug details, it seems to fortunately work in terms of the ignore aspect when one selects the "Add to Ignore list", but it is mistakenly generating a friend request. Obviously its just the extra added special surprise that needs to be eliminated.

I thoroughly enjoy the sense of humor that is so pervasive in this forum.

I probably would have found more of these posts funny if I hadn't already been ignoring most of you... ;P

BTW if you go into the Control Panel feature and click the little pencil above your friends section you can unfriend by unchecking a friend or requested friend and then hitting save. I'm just saying.....you're all on notice! ;P

HOW FUNNY!!! I was unaware of the ignore button also. BUT---for those of you who know me this would not come as a surprise! I am so not computer minded. OH, thanks John for the warning---I am looking at my friend list VERY carefully also!!!!! OK---all kidding aside, this is the best and most loving forum that there is. What I think some of us, (INCLUDING ME) tend to forget is that new people don't know us and have no idea the relationships that we have with each other. Please, lets make welcome Elizabeth---she would not be on here if she was not like us in some way---I think that she dropped in at the middle of a conversation and was unable to grasp all of the different personalities so quickly. It doesn't seem to allow me to 'welcome to the forum' any new members either. I'm getting a grey box with all kinds of gobbley-gook computer language when I click that. Is anyone else getting that happening?

I can click it but then I get some weird message. If I go back into the post my welcome has worked. I'm mostly on an iPad so I wasn't sure if it was me, now I know it's not
