Has anyone tried Miracle noodles? I heard they are great but I dont know if they are good.
It's not bad. It does smell weird at first but once it's rinsed and cooked it's fine. The most important is to have a good sauce to go with it to give some taste. Because by itself it doesn't taste really good, it's just plain. But no carbs!!

I've not tried but after reading previous comments I'll stick with protein pasta. You can get at any store. Has 19gms protein per serving and has no funny smell and taste great.
They are nasty, they smell like butt. And there is basically nothing nutritionally in them and they will make you go to the bathroom without them digested. Basically a filler food to make you feel full but you don't need that with a sleeve, band or bypass. IMO!!
I tried a soba type made from seaweed it took me a few bites to get used to it. But I liked the peanut sauce and ginger recipe on the packaging better.
