Good evening everyone, I am a new member to the site and just wanted to introduce myself. September makes 5 years since I had my gastric sleeve surgery and in that 5 years I gained almost 30lbs back and I want to get back on track and thought that with support it will keep me motivated.

Welcome and to be honest I dont think gaining back 30 pounds after 5 years is very bad at all, matter of fact congrats on staying pretty disciplined for all those years. Now grab a protein shake walk 3 miles and drink 100 ounces of water.
