lap band revision to sleeve

My name is Heidi and i wanted to share my story:
I had the band placed in 2009 and I was soo excitted. I initialy lost 20 pounds then nothing, I had 4 fills in the 8 years and my band was almost filled to the max. I only lost 20 pounds! So i decided to convertr to sleeve, i had my surgery on 2/21/17 and Im very happy!!!

I stared out witht hte lap banmd at 257.

pre-surgery diet and surgery i was 230

now Im 2 week out and an down to 210!!!

My wife and I both had surgery, she had the lapband and I had the sleeve. She had the same experience more or less as you did. Our question is, were you able to get your insurance to pay for the second surgery?
