    Default 9 Weeks & 5 Days

    Hey Sleevers,
Just a heads up.... 9 Weeks & 5 Days PO, I had a few rough days this past week... What I see is as one looses weight faster then normal everything is sagging pulling the skin down to earth. I know other folks who had the surgery months before me, and I remember when I notice their faces, then 3 or 4 weeks later and that has change they look much better, or younger.... I am at that PO sag phase, scale is stuck, fat is joining forces and regrouping around my belly. 10 weeks is nothing on this ride, but I will be happy camper when this sag and stall phase is over. I went back to my Protein Shakes and Bars, trying to keep the hard spirited exercise going. I still got 51 to go, it may take longer then my spreadsheet has it all figured out for me..... To all you sleevers, you made the right decision, to all you sleevers in the Sag & Stall Phase, I salute you!!!

    Have a Great Day!!

Hello there! Looks like we had our surgery around the same time, were about the same weight and currently on same weight loss track! Good for you! I haven't had so many issues with sagging skin yet though. I do take collagen vitamin supplement though and lotion-a LOT of lotion! The good stuff too with coconut oil in it or something plant based. Coconut oil actually contains protein that can help keep your skin more taught. I hope this helps!

I have some saggy skin but not too bad. The stalls are always hard. They pass though. Try upping your protein and water intake. I have found that when I am eating too little I stall.
