Good Morning, Im following up, I pulled together my data from my appts and it hasnt been a complete 2 weeks that I have weighed the same (feels like a month and a half..lol), its been 10 or 11 days.

I love data, it keeps it real. And writing down my weight with dates demonstrated that even though I am just under 2 months out, it really is going away in chunks. I've decided that I'm going to use the blog function and write my weight down there so that I can refer back and see that chunks and plateaus are the norm and that it's ok. I'm not going to write daily weights, but rather to note stops and starts so I can look back and see that although I have sat for weeks on plateaus, I finally fell off.

And I'm adding more water...
