25 weeks already

Wow, 25 weeks already.

Still can't eat very much. Learning to be ok with either throwing extra away or getting a whole lot less food. That was the hardest part looking at what I had and being annoyed with myself for not eating everything given to me.

Its kinda funny, when I am full I get a hiccup that lets me know to stop and I do. Sweets if I do eat them let me know real fast that I can only eat a tiny bit. Like half an Oreo from time to time takes care of the vicious Oreo issue I used to have. Any more than that I will feel ill.

Body feels like a million dollars now. I play basketball with the kids out side all the time and am constantly doing project after project that I wouldn't do before because I was so tired all the time. Its amazing how much better I felt after losing the first 40 lbs and now I have dropped another 40.

I went from a tight 44 waist to 36 so far, XXL shirts were tight and now I wear a L again. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE.

Thanks for the support and the time folks. There was tons of info hear that has helped me with the pre surgery journey all the way to now

Great job Rick! I had to giggle when I read about your hiccup when full. I have the exact same thing! My husband thinks it's funny and I am jokingly hiccupping.
