Congrats on the retirement! I retired early at 61 in 2012 due to a bump in the road with my health. I now know it probably was partially contributed to my weight. My medications are cut in half now after losing 50 lbs. - 50 more to go. I am somehow more active now than when I was working. I worked 12 hour night shifts at a hospital. Even with 7 days out of 14 off.... I was chronically exhausted.
I have a new batch of grandchildren now and am able to actually enjoy them; there was a 9 year gap between sets. Getting a Granddaughter in June! Enjoy your retirement and the ability to really enjoy it!
