Well 57 days PO this morning was good news, finally saw a drop in the scale after stalling for almost 9 days. We just came back from a trip, where I could only workout 2 days in the week. I was apprehensive about stepping on the "frozen" scale, however the reading was a nice surprise. Looks like this will be a very fine day indeed.....

Stalls happen and they eventually let up. It is so normal. So glad your stall is over and your scale is being kinder to you! What a great way to start your Friday!
