I have been a hiker for years. That is a long one if your not use to it. You should wear tennies or good hiking boots or shoes, not military boots....too heavy. Take your snacks and water. Good luck.

I brought my boots and my running shoes both are comfortable and when I get the guide will say yea or nah. I can walk 2.5 miles in 33 mins and I run 1 mile in under 10 mins. I think I can handle the distance, I was a strong ruck marcher before I got sick.
I took a bunch or water, snacks, first aid kits, lighter lol everything he he.
