My surgery is exactly 19 days away! I am hopeful this is the tool I need for sustained weight loss and health! I have little ones that I need to keep up with. I am tired of this weight holding me back from enjoying time and outings to the fullest. Here I go! I am terrified but I have hope!

It is a great surgery. It is hard. There are rules to follow. The first weeks are the hardest but it gets easier and easier every day. There are risks and complications...but the percentage is small. I am 14 weeks out and have absolutely no regrets. I am so very glad I did it. Congrats and good luck!

You will feel like a whole new person...promise! My surgery was JAN5 and today I HAD to go clothes shopping... well, I was pleasantly and with the help of the person who worked there she showed me that I was no longer in the 1X sizes but 14 petite! I feel like a whole new person. I love what I am seeing!
You'll do well on your journey. Just be patient and do exactly what your doctor says and get some good ideas and advice from this forum!!

I had my surgery Nov 28. I knew I needed to do this for my health. I don't feel like I was a 100% believer at first BUT now, 2 1/2 months later I am praising this wonderful tool. I'm down 40 lbs since surgery and 70 since September when I was starting the process. It's a wonderful tool. I wish you the best.
