Sausage and Pancakes

I have been doing pretty darn good since surgery 12/12/16 and this morning my wonderful wife surprised me with Jimmy Deans Hot Sausage and pancakes made with Carbquick. Was able to eat about 2/3 a piece of the sausage and three small pancakes with sugar free syrup. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Might be a once a month type treat, but was so welcomed. Oh, that Carbquick is something we found before surgery. Like Bisquick but way lower carbs. Found it on Amazon.

OMG...I am going to have to look into this carbquick. I could go for a pancake. And I am not big on syrup so I can do without that.

I'm closing in on a month post-op and one food I am looking forward to is a good waffle and this carbquick may be a winner for making myself one in a few more weeks thanks for the info.

That website is cheaper - 11.99 for 3lb box vs. 13.49 at Amazon. Being a prime member at Amazon, it's free 2 day shipping so for me that was the cheaper route. That Netrition website was a good site - gave me some good ideas for other ways to use the Carbquick.
