I was in Walmart yesterday when I suddenly hear my husband say "What the fuck are you doing?!" I jumped, looked at what was in my hand, and laughed at how foolish/insane I must look. I had a box of Garcinia Cambogia diet pills in my hand. Seriously, WTF?? I guess out of habit I was curious about it, forgetting that I don't need that stuff or any diet aid (hopefully) ever again. As I walked away, I felt so strange knowing that being overweight is not on my list of worries anymore. It felt good.

Thank you for sharing that moment. Just days from my surgery and nervous, it was eye-opening to think I could be you in a short time.
So used to grasping any means to rid myself of this burden. I don't know if I can turn that off
