I had gastric sleeve Aug 2013 now Jan 2017 I am starting to gain weight. Any suggestions?
I exercise 5 days a weeks consistently but I love to eat and I find myself eating more and more.
Any suggestions or good diets that have worked?

The advice that I got from my girlfriend that is 8 years out is to go back to basics. Start fresh as if you just had surgery.
Keep a food log and LAY OFF THE FUN ALCOHOL! Her words not mine...
I'm only a few months out and I HAVE to watch what I eat. I noticed that some foods are easier to get down then others and I STAY AWAY from them. I was an emotional eater and for me keeping a log of stuff really helped me. Best of luck to you.
I have always heard the same thing, go back to the beginning. Get the weight off and reset. A year after the surgery, my sister was at her all-time low (which was, frankly, too low) after 3 years she had regained 20 pounds, but set about losing 10 which puts right where she wants to be. I know that we have to watch for regain around that time.
Definitely agree with the above. And I am going by what I read here from the sleevers who are well into maintenance phase and also from my sister's experience who is 5+ years post op. And going back to the basics just gets you back on track and helps you detox a bit from the cravings of sweets, breads, and other items that are calorie dense. Also you hear a lot about the 5 day pouch reset. And while most people agree that can be helpful I have seen some who think it seems drastic. I found it on a website that specializes in WLS's so I doubt it's bad for you since I doubt they'd suggest it if it were.

And figure out what your slider foods are and avoid them like the plague. LOL.
