I had my surgery on 10/21/2016. My Dr advised me recently that I have lost 42% of my excess weight in 3 months time. I am very excited and happy.
I am looking forward to being under 200 lbs. My Dr told me I should be there by 02/14. I weighed in today at 201.5 lbs. I am so excited and ahead of schedule. I know I will be under 200 lbs within the next day or 2.
I am so excited and looking forward to the future.
I need to get better about my work out habits and may need a personal trainer. I will wait and see.
