He looked at my tongue and prescribed me Nystatin (sp) because my tongue showed thrush from being partly dehydrated. Which is why I have been feeling tired. He stressed to get the liquids down as much as possible to not end up going to emergency for IVs. Checking blood pressure and incisions, I was good to go and given the next phase #3 that consists of low-fat cottage cheese, string cheese, creamy soups, scrambled eggs, etc. Ya'll know the deal. However, in two weeks I can begin adding salmon, shrimp, any fish, tuna with low-fat dressing (tends to be dry) and crab meat.
