Back from Italy

Folks,
The week is Italy was tough, I was not hungry, but I missed tasting all the great local foods. The last night I gave in, 1/2 glass of red wine to celebrate the Training Completion, an a slice of simple pizza, Yes I should have had the Ravioli con Aragosta. However wasting that dish for 3 bites would not have worked for me.......

Congrats on 30 lbs down!! That is great! I totally get it. Italian food is so wonderful and not being to eat it has to be hard when you are just there for a short time. I think even today at 11 weeks I could not enjoy it. Mmmmmm. Pizza....said in my best Homer Simpson voice! LOL.

Congratulations on 30 pounds! That's awesome. I can't imagine how hard being surrounded by great food in Italy was! Yesterday I was challenged with making homemade ravioli with my nine year old. So tempting. They looked amazing!

That would have been tough! Lucky you on the wine! My dr told me no alcohol for 3 months!
