Default Ain't no thang but a chicken wang

So, I've gained a few pounds. I stopped taking my diuretic because my blood pressure was too low, but now, I'm retaining fluid, naturally.

Anyway, I've been craving chicken wings. Why, I don't know, cause I rarely eat them. So today, I ate 3 wings....and was full!

THANK YOU, TINY TUMMY!! I was honestly starting to think that this was the end of the losing road for me, cause I've been able to increase my calories quite a bit.

    That's great news!
I have a friend that was sleeved last year, wings were his favorite thing. He used to eat a couple dozen himself. Now he eats a few like you!

Protein dense calories still fill me faster too!

I'm happy when I feel that restriction and I know it's time to stop eating. Normally about a 1/3 of a chicken breast, or a chicken thigh and some vegetables or small salad.

    Andrea,
3 Days is goooood, as for the fluids they say 64 oz, that is 8 cups of water. The water can mixed if you get tired of just plain water....... My wife and I, both PO, 30 and 40 Days, she uses large water bottles in the kitchen to keep track of her daily intake..... Everybody develops their own formula...

    Have a Great Day!

It would be hard to overdo water.....drink as much as you can, then drink some more. 64 ozs is the MINIMUM

and it does t have to be all water. It can be tea, propel, vitamin wAter, water flavored with whatever sugar free thing you want. I can drink soda and coffee now, so those count too. Broth, milk, protein shake...it all counts towards your liquids for the day.

I love wings too. Yesterday during football we marinated chicken tenders in buffalo sauce and cooked them on the grill. Then after dipping in low-fat blue cheese dressing, YUM! They were way better than our football team.

If you're taking small sips you're doing great. The goal is to have NO restriction on liquids (apart from how quickly we drink them) and to have restriction only on more solid foods. A lack of restriction on liquids is a GOOD thing.

I recommend watching these videos, Dr. A is a great source of info:
