So I started my pre-op diet and it's been....a little rough, a little draining with a whole bunch of repetitiveness. I'm on a all liquid sf diet with 4 shakes a day. I am allowed 8 oz of skim milk (*which I hate) and 5 oz of a low sugar low carb yogurt, which I welcome every morning.
Thoughts for day 3....too many liquids. How in the world am I going to make it to Day 14?
Any tips on how to just make it through the day?
Anyone else on their pre-op diet these days?
Of course the plus side is I'm on day 3 of my pre-op diet and already down 6lbs
